All smiles for Dr. Lane today as she taught her last in-person class this afternoon before retirement! Students, faculty and staff lined the hallway of Penny Hall to send her off in style 👋

A retirement drop in will be held tomorrow from 10-12pm in HTC #207 LeForce Suite for the campus community to wish her well! Hope to CCU there!

All smiles yesterday when Dr. Gao’s RSM 389: Recreation and Sport Leadership students assisted with Baby Animal Day at Playcard Environmental Education Center! Students lead engaging activities and helped create meaningful experiences for Horry County elementary students.

🚨RSM SENIOR SPOTLIGHT🚨

Avery Przymylski

Major/Minor(s): Sport Management, M.S.

Graduation Month/Year: August 2026

Current Work Experience: I am currently the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF) Graduate Assistant. I assist the CAF with donor relations, gamed operations, event coordination, and day-to-day management to support funding and awareness for CCU Athletics. This experience allows me to contribute to enhancing the student-athlete experience by supporting fundraising initiatives, scholarships, and special events. Over the summers, I intern with Predators Lacrosse Club in New York City and Westchester County as a Lacrosse Coach/Overall Drill Coordinator/Director. I create tryout schedules and organize staff based on player age group and skill level while directly overseeing all staff during tryout days. I create and organize three-day practice plans, skill clinics, and drills for athletes of all ages while co-coaching a 20 person team in practice three times per week during the season and travel to club lacrosse tournaments on the weekends in season to co-coach a team.

Future Goals: My future goal is to continue working in athletics and own/direct my own club lacrosse team.
