In partnership with the Bryan Symphony Orchestra, Center Stage is pleased to share our next guest this weekend, composer and mandolinist Jeff Midkiff!

Saturday, October 1 from 10 a.m. - noon, Midkiff will conduct a free Folk Music Workshop.

Sunday, October 2 at 3 p.m., Midkiff, along with the talented musicians in the BSO, will perform mandolin and orchestra concerto, "From the Blue Ridge." Please contact the BSO for ticket information. In JDAG, Manami Ishimura's Mixed Media Sculpture is a sight to behold! Artist Talk in the gallery, located on the first floor of the RUC. is at 4:30 p.m. on Thurs., Sept. 15.

At the Appalachian Center for Craft, the School of Art, Craft & Design has an Alumni Exhibition that is a crowd favorite! Fine quality works from all concentration areas offered by SACD. Reception to be held Sat., Sept. 17 from 3-5 p.m. in Dogwood Gallery.
