This year's competition was at Tennessee Tech. We had some significant improvements from last year, as several team records were broken:

First time passing brake test on the first try
First time competing in every event
First time without a major breakage during the competition
First time being able to drive the Baja vehicle back to the shop competition was over
First time with 4 wheel drive
We doubled our Endurance track time

Results: (out of 92 total teams registered)
Acceleration: 49th out of 60
Manuverability: 29th out of 30 (not counting the teams that DQ'sd both tries)
Suspension: 33rd out of 46
Sled pull: 4th out of 57
Endurance: 58th out of 92

As a team, we are very happy with this years performance, and are already planning some improvements for next year!

Greetings to all! Apologies for the few month hold on getting you results, but I hope everyone has has a wonderful summer. At competition we ran into some speed bumps but they did not get in the way of us improving over our last in person performance! The area of issue for us was our hydraulic steering and the geometry angles up front, we recorded them and will be implementing the change this year. At competition we placed 53rd out of 82 teams. And we were able to obtain 2 more laps in the endurance event than we did in California. We have a big change coming for this next car so stay tuned for that!

We would also like to say a big thank you to everyone who supports us throughout the year whether is be by just reading our posts or monetary support. Without the monetary support we wouldn't be able to build the car we do and give experience to the future engineers that will last a lifetime. Thank you!

We passed tech inspection and our brake test today! Looking forward to the dynamic events tomorrow!

Just finished our first day of competition in Louisville KY with our engine checked out and ready to go. We are looking forward to running through tech inspection tomorrow morning!

Hey all, I know it has been a long time but here we are, we wanted to give an end of semester update for all of you that show us support. We are very close to having the car fully assembled. Things are coming together and we can't wait to take the car to Louisville next week! We spent the last couple months working in the shop assembling parts for the vehicle when we could as we were working on the design presentation and other "knowledge event" items. We finally have it on its own four feet and it is awesome to see! We will keep you updated as competition comes around and hopefully we can have a good showing down south for the SDSU college of engineering! Thank you again to all of you who support us!!
