Emergency Education Institute is proud to congratulate our student ALS Competition Team on another first place finish, this time at the Florida Fire and EMS Conference in Orlando.

This win reflects the team’s preparation, clinical skill, teamwork, and professionalism under pressure. Outstanding work by everyone involved.

Special thanks to their coach Manny Sanchez, who volunteers his time to train these competitors. Manny continues to produce winning teams year after year and we couldn’t be happier to have him as part of the EEI family.

We are thrilled to announce that EEI’s student team has taken home 1st Place in the Student Division at the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue 5th Annual ALS Competition! 🏆🚑

This incredible achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and skill of our future first responders. A huge congratulations goes out to the entire team for representing EEI so well. We also want to give a special shout-out to Coach Manny for his expert leadership and guidance throughout the training process.

For the first time ever, a student team made it to the finals of the ALS competition—and our Emergency Education Institute (EEI) student team finished an incredible 6th out of 27 teams overall, and 1st in the student class! Your dedication, skill, and teamwork are truly inspiring. We’re beyond proud of you all!
Special thanks to Captain Manny Sanchez for coaching and leading our student team to this historic achievement.
And a huge congratulations to the Tamarac Fire Rescue team for taking 1st place! Shout out to Captain Mike Boyhan, Lieutenant Kingman Mais, Firefighter Joey Anello, and Driver Engineer Francois Avril. You’re on track for a Florida Cup three-peat! 🚒🏆

🎉👏 Huge Congratulations to our Emergency Education Institute Student ALS Team! 👏🎉
At the 2025 First There, First Care Conference, our team not only WON the Student Division, but also qualified for the FINALS in the Open Division—competing head-to-head with professional teams from fire rescue departments and beating out 19 other teams! 🚑🔥
For the first time in the conference’s history, a student team has made it to the finals. Their hard work, dedication, and skill have set a new standard, continuing our proud tradition of excellence. We couldn’t be prouder as they represent us in the finals this Tuesday!
