As we wrap up National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we want to take a moment to recognize our dispatchers.

This job isn’t easy—and it’s not always perfect—but it’s important. Day in and day out, they answer the calls, handle the chaos, and keep things moving behind the scenes.

It takes focus, resilience, and a whole lot of patience to do what they do.
