Due to extreme winter weather conditions, Del Mar College will shift to remote operations and instruction tomorrow, Monday, January 26.

Students should watch for guidance from faculty regarding online classes and assignments. We understand that some students may have limited access to technology, and faculty will work with students as needed.

Supervisors should contact their staff members to provide guidance on meetings and work assignments.

During remote operations and instruction, all Del Mar College physical campuses will be closed. Please do not attempt to come to campus on Monday.

Normal operations will resume Tuesday, January 27.

The health and safety of our students, employees, and guests remain our top priority. Please continue to monitor the Del Mar College website, email, and official social media channels for weather-related updates.

Building Trades came to ref, not run… but apparently our Program Director didn’t get the memo! 😂

One minute he’s calling plays — next thing you know, the Ref takes off down the field like it’s the Super Bowl! 🏃‍♂️💨 Touchdown! (…or technically a major rule violation. Details, details.)

Let’s just say the whistle was blown — mostly because he was out of breath! 🤣

Huge shoutout to all the Vikings who made the Turkey Bowl’s comeback such an awesome time.
Great games, great laughs, and one rogue Ref who just couldn’t resist the open field!

You were one of the lead instructors who taught every single one of the faculty we have today—without your guidance, knowledge, and dedication, we wouldn’t know what we are doing.

Your teaching laid the foundation for everything we’ve built, and your influence continues to live on in every classroom, every lab, and every student we serve.
