here’s a little about one of our wonderful spring cob’s taryn!!

“Hi everyone, my name is Taryn and I’m from Beaverton, Oregon. I am currently majoring in women, gender and sexuality studies. When I’m not in class I am hanging out with my friends, listening to music, or taking long naps. I joined Chi O because I wanted to make more friends and find more things that I could do with people that I enjoy. I also knew that Chi O was perfect because of how welcoming and kind everyone.”

Miriam Conde!!

miriam joined chi o as apart of mc 23’ and is graduating with a degree in oceanography!! one thing she loves most about chi o is that, “it’s always been a safe space and positive place where i could be myself and be around people who i love and care deeply for! it has exposed me to such amazing friends and a community that i never thought i would have!” some advice she has for future chi os is to “be 100% who you are and you don’t have to hide your feelings/personality/weird niche interests because you have already found a community that loves and uplifts you!” after college she plans to work for a sled dog touring company on a glacier in alaska as a dog handler and then after that she plans to prep for grad school!

we are so proud of you miriam and so happy to have you as apart of our sisterhood! 💛
