It was a summer full of science for OSU physics undergrads! They volunteered at a Girl Scout Science camp and carried out physics activities with them. Huge thanks to all the volunteers, especially Max Novack who put a lot of energy and effort into organizing this event.

Max says: "I'm pretty passionate about science outreach - I'm constantly amazed at how much we as humans have been able to learn and understand about the world around us - and I love to learn more about it and share that knowledge with others. Organizing these outreach activities is hard work, but the response we get from the public, especially the kids, always makes it worthwhile. The leaders of tomorrow are growing up today, and their interests and passions are influenced by the energy and ideas we give them now."
