We are hiring a full-time Director of Events. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event professional to lead the strategy, planning and ex*****on of a diverse portfolio of events that engage students, alumni, donors, faculty, staff and industry partners. The Director of Events will oversee in-person, virtual and hybrid programming, and help align event strategy with the college’s mission and goals.

We're looking for a collaborative leader with:
• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, hospitality, marketing, public relations or a related field
• Seven or more years of professional event planning and management experience
• Demonstrated success in event design and ex*****on
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A commitment to inclusive excellence and creating meaningful experiences for diverse audiences

This full-time, 12-month professional faculty position offers the opportunity to shape high-impact events that support recruitment, engagement, community building and external visibility for one of the nation's leading business schools.
