Hi everyone! My name is Nicole Engle and I am a second year Nutrition student in the Dietetics option. I am the Web Coordinator here for the NDC. In the future, I hope to work in a one on one counseling setting helping to educate people about healthy lifestyles. One fun fact about me is that I am an IVF baby, so my younger brother is by some definitions my fraternal twin. A second fun fact is that I like to climb mountains!

Meet the NDC Secretary!

Hi everyone! My name is Mikena Ruth and I'm a 5th year college student as a Nutrition and Dietetics student. In the future, I am hoping to be able to work within a community setting in the future by helping people with food security, food deserts, and more! Fun Fact #1: I have a freckle on the back of my right eye! Fun Fact #2: I am the youngest of four girls in my family! :)

Hello! My name is Brooke Robinson and I am a 5th year transfer nutrition student. I am the new treasurer for NDC and look forward to our club expanding its reach. I am majoring in nutrition because of my interest in wellness and disease prevention. In the future I want to work in a clinical setting to be a part of changing the way we approach health. I am interested in pediatrics and disease management. Two fun facts about me are that I am currently working for Food Hero and that I like to make pottery.

Hello! My name is Kaylee Laam and I’m currently a second year Nutrition major with a pre-dietetics option. I’m also the Vice President of the NDC club! I’m wanting to be a Registered Dietitian in a clinical setting. I’m still unsure what specialties I’m interested in, but I’m hoping to find out soon! A fun fact about myself is that I am bilingual in English and Spanish!

Hello! My name is Ainsley Beck and I am a second year nutrition student, and I am the president for NDC! In the future I hope to work as a dietitian to both help people heal their relationship with food and to use food as medicine. I am also interested in maternal/infant nutrition! A fun fact about me is that I have never broken a bone. Another fun fact is that I can make embroidery pieces!
