Tenure-Track Position in Organic Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry at Oregon State University (OSU) invites applications for one full-time (1.0 FTE), 9-month, tenure-track faculty position with a focus on research and instruction in Organic Chemistry. Although this recruitment is primarily focused on an appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, applicants of higher ranks may be considered depending upon their qualifications and the needs of the department. The start date for the position is September 16, 2025 and minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related scientific field. Areas of research interest should encompass experimental science in some aspect of organic chemistry, broadly defined. Required application materials include a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching statement, and a research statement.
