When you step on the course against elite competition, the truth comes out fast.

This week at the NJCAA National Championship Preview, we got exposed. No sugarcoating it. Our weaknesses and flaws showed up under the bright lights, and the leaderboard reflected it.

But that’s exactly why we came.

This is a brand-new group of Spartans. A young roster learning what it really takes at the highest level of junior college golf. And while the finish wasn’t what we wanted, the lessons are priceless.

Bogey avoidance. Mental discipline. Staying present when the pressure rises. Those are the next targets.
Plenty of opportunities and promise ahead. The standard doesn’t change — we just have a lot of growth left to do to meet it.

Focus. Grow. Compete.

Men’s team battled to a solid 2nd place finish at +11 after 18 holes — locked in and led all varsity teams.
