On Saturday, May 2, 2026, District 3 members were honored to attend the 2026 NAACP Legacy Walk of Fame Ceremony. We are proud to celebrate our distinguished honorees who were recognized for their leadership, service, and unwavering commitment to our community in the following categories:

The 2026 Grand Session in Jacksonville was truly a memorable event, filled with fellowship and celebration. District 3 once again showcased its pride and excellence. Congratulations to DDGM Emeritus Will Wilson on receiving the honor of HPGM; to Grand Aide-de-Camp PM Raymond Cromartie, Jr. on being named the 2026 Master Mason of the Year by our 20th Most Worshipful Grand Master, Gus Harris, Jr.; and congratulations also to RM Arnette Robinson on her election as Royal Grand Associate Conductress and CG Alfred Wilson on his appointment as the 1st Grand Advisor for LOCOP, as well as to all other elected and appointed officers from District 3 for their continued dedication and service.

Being a blessing is, indeed, a blessing. Members of the 3rd Masonic District undertook a weekend of community service in Crestview and Fort Walton Beach. A day all Prince Hall Masons, Heroines & Eastern Stars should be proud of.

September 29, 1784, is a significant date for Prince Hall Freemasonry, as it marks the date the Grand Lodge of England issued a charter to Prince Hall and his fellow Masons, officially forming African Lodge No. 459 and establishing the foundation for the Prince Hall Affiliated (PHA) Masonic Fraternity. This date represents the beginning of the predominantly African-American branch of Freemasonry in the United States, which today has a global presence and significant historical impact.
