Special Shout Out to Lily Duffy our Military Student Spotlight this Month!

What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I would like to finish my contract with the USCG but continue to work in public service as a civilian. Possibly with another federal or state agency such as FEMA, DEC, or NOAA.

What do you do in your off time?
In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball with my husband, hiking, reading, spending time with friends, and binging Bravo reality TV.

Anything else you want to say?
I'm very grateful for the opportunity to complete my degree at WCU while serving in the military, states away. Since starting my first classes in January 2024, the WCU professors, military student services staff, and my advisor have been incredibly patient and understanding of my situation. Their support is so valuable to me.
