Our next club meeting will be Monday 2/28 at 5:00 pm in Belk 304! We will be discussing/debriefing our volunteer involvement with Tunnel of Oppression with a guest speaker from Intercultural Affairs as well as discussing upcoming volunteer opportunities. Additionally, we will vote on interest in t-shirts. If I have enough people interested, we can do t-shirts again this semester. I'd love to have a design contest this semester!

If you didn't bring your dues last meeting please bring $5 to pay them. Hope to see you there!

This weekend is HOMECOMING! We had a great time last year participating in the parade. We will again be walking/riding in the parade and handing out candy. Volunteer to be in the parade or come see us downtown Sylva at 6:30 pm tomorrow! We will also have several students volunteering at the football game Saturday!

Come out and support your Cats against Chattanooga!

Hi everyone!
Tomorrow there will be a March of Dimes walk at 5 pm on the UC Lawn. If you are interested in participating, gathering starts at 4:30 and you can also help set up at 2:30. The walk will begin at 5 and end around 7. There will also be games and food prior to the walk. You can also purchase a t-shirt for $25 and donate items before and after the walk.

We will also be having a bake sale on the UC Lawn on Wednesday from 12-4 pm. The money made will go towards March of Dimes. Be sure to spread the word!

Hey everyone!
This is the shirt design with the most votes. Sizes go from small to 3XL. I will be placing the order on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, so all t-shirt money ($20) must be turned in by Wednesday, Oct. 7th to Dr. Vaske (Office hours: M&W 10-11 and additional hours on Monday 12:10-2:10) or myself (email "[email protected]" me to meet somewhere, I check my email like I check my text). If you would like a shirt and can not turn in the money by Wednesday, let me know and I will try to work something out. Those that have paid, I have you down and thank you! Don't forget the next meeting will be October 28th at 4:30 p.m. and to turn in your club dues if you have not already. Have a great night and stay safe!

Here are the last few options for the club shirt! A vote was taken at the meeting on the previous four options and comments were applied to create these. A poll (http://goo.gl/XuGvEF) has been created so you can vote for the one you like best. The one with the most votes will be the club shirt. Shirts are $20 and voting will close Saturday. I would like to have the order placed next week in order to receive shirts by homecoming. Money can be turned in to Dr. Vaske or myself (Amber).
