Southeast employees played key leadership and support roles during the 2026 KCTCS Annual Conference in Lexington, contributing their expertise and talent in a variety of ways.
Keisha Hunt-Eary, student financial aid coordinator, presented a breakout session titled “Leadership that Inspires Action,” with Ryland Pope, dean of strategic initiatives, serving as moderator, focusing on authentic leadership, empowering others, and building meaningful engagement within organizations.
Erica Farmer, student success coach, served on the conference hospitality committee, helping welcome attendees from colleges across Kentucky and supporting conference activities throughout the event.
Michael Carmack, program coordinator for Southeast’s computerized manufacturing and machining program, designed and produced the awards presented to this year’s KCTCS Champion Award recipients, showcasing the craftsmanship and technical skills developed through Southeast’s advanced manufacturing programs.
We’re proud to see Southeast employees sharing their leadership and making an impact across the KCTCS system!
