The Haitian Revolution (1791–1804) led to the birth of Haiti, the first Black republic, on January 1, 1804. Curated by Jacquil Constant, the exhibition showcases the immense talent of the Haitian Diaspora, and the enduring impact of a historical legacy that continues to inspire global movements for liberation and justice.
