Need something to do Saturday morning? Want to help and support abused and neglected children in Dallas? Want to get a morning jog in before you start your Saturday? Want to run off a rough Friday night?

No matter your reasons, come participate in the SBA's Race Judicata! It is a charity 5k benefitting Dallas CASA, a non-profit group of court appointed special advocates for neglected and abused children.

Register at the SBA table in the Pit from 12-1 PM or 5-6 PM for the rest of the week, or online at http://www.active.com/running/dallas-tx/race-judicata-5k-fun-run-2013

Registration is $25 to race, or you can donate $20 for a "sleep-in" registration and still get a shirt and a sense of doing something good for your community.

*REMEMBER TO VOTE IN THE REFERENDUM*

Please remember to support the SBA in its efforts to better represent you as a law student by voting "yes" on all five of the proposed amendments in the referendum sent out this week. The SBA Voting Council unanimously endorsed the proposed amendments, and believes that these amendments will help the SBA better serve you and your interests at SMU Dedman School of Law.

To make up for the cancelled bar review, there will be a BAR TAB at the Loon on Friday, October 5 at 8:00. Come early because the tab is not limitless! Wristbands are $5 for law students and guests, bar card holders get in free!
