Corsairs Basketball Club-
SUPPORTING STUDENT-ATHLETES IN PURSUIT OF
ACADEMIC AND ATHLETIC EXCELLENCE
TEAMWORK is the ability to work together toward a common goal. The fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
This winter, the Corsairs are looking for a championship season. We are returning ten lettermen and brought in four recruits that should improve our team.
Isaac Percy, Josh Lopes, Jayquan Leonard, Mike Eurquhart and Nick Boyd all startedin multiple games on last year’s team. This years’ preseason will be a battle forplaying time. Nick Boyd and Trent Santos will find time at the shooting guard spot.
Cam Dunbery 6”11 and Ryan Flauto 6’9 will battle for center and power forward minutes. John Marcille 6’4 has improved and will battle for a wing position. DannyReyes a freshman from Lawrence High School will battle for the point guard position.
Trent Santos a transfer from Assumption and Cam DiChiara Lincoln High School will battle for time at the shooting guard spot. Justice Buchannan from Bedford, Ma will try to earn minutes at the wing position.
I am looking forward to a very competitive preseason.
This year promises to be another exciting year at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. This season we are traveling to Florida to play in a tournament against the best Division 3 competition in the country.
