Behind the Scenes: Chemistry Peer Advisor Photoshoot

Dear Chemistry Family,

The Chemistry Club leadership has elected to postpone Chemsgiving due to the diminishing air quality and the recent announcement that the campus will again be closed. The outside air seems to have gotten worse from this morning. It is best to be safe for all of our health and well-being.

They are tentatively rescheduling Chemsgiving to Monday, November 19, from 5:10-8:00p. Same room location (Chem 172). More details will be sent via the email listserv and the Chemistry Club at UC Davis social media sites over the weekend.

Thank you for your understanding.

Be safe, be healthy, and stay indoors.

A huge THANK YOU to all faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students that helped make our recent Undergrad Research Panel posible. Your contributions of insight to the student population about undergraduate research are invaluable and much appreciated! Thank you for making time to speak to our students and making the chemistry family that much stronger. This truly was a great way to get students involved in our yearly Undergraduate Research Week. Come by Everson 119 TOMORROW from 3-4 pm to hear more about taking classes and exploring the world all for credit! Studying Abroad is an invaluable experience and everyone should be given the opportunity. Our campus has many many options for you so please stop by to ask any questions! It doesn’t hurt to ask! We will have students present to also speak about their experiences abroad and what classes/programs they did. See you there!
