Salam everyone!

AMPD would like to introduce a new addition to our cohort program, the humanities and social science cohort! 🎉 At the end of last year, AMPD introduced the cohort program for engineering, pre-med, pre-law, business and computer science. 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁. The humanities and social science cohort will be a great opportunity for you to find your fellow Muslim brothers and sisters who are taking the same classes or for you to discover the different career paths you can take with your respective majors.

This is a fantastic opportunity:

1) to join cohort-only workshops, study sessions, socials for development & networking

2) mentorship to underclassmen pursuing high demand majors

3) internship/job opportunities and academic advice from alumni & graduate students

4) make friends with people in your major/career interest

5) share class resources & give professor recommendations, and more.

Through this cohort program, we are hoping to create a support network for our community to exchange ideas, resources, meet new people and foster existing friendships. Bay Area Muslim Professionals “BAMP” is holding its annual summit on Feb 8th, 2020 at MCA.
This summit is the most prominent Muslim networking event in the bay area that gathers CEOs, VPs, Entrepreneurs, VCs, and more than 500 professionals.

The event will focus on startup establishment and life-cycle. An excellent opportunity for Muslim Professionals to network and connects with Investors and executives with shared skills and interests.
