Wright State University is pleased to announce an upcoming "Introduction to Radar Systems" short course.
Course Description: This short course provides an introduction to radar systems and select advanced concepts; covering radar systems, target detection, radar antennas, radar measurements, target signature, clutter, synthetic aperture radar, and bistatic radar. A building-block approach supplemented with real-world examples, discussions, numerical examples, and student-performed hands-on software-based (MATLAB) labs to reinforce student comprehension. The course is ideal for entry-level personnel, those new to radar systems from other disciplines, and technical leads or program managers involved in radar programs. Dates & Schedule: The course will run on four consecutive Thursdays in June and July:

The daily schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
