There is still time to apply to our upcoming START Technician Training & Job Placement class, beginning September 20th 2021 at Sinclair Community College!
This is a paid, 12 week training and job placement program that provides students across North America with the skills necessary for a successful career at Tesla. During the program, students develop technical expertise and earn certifications through in-class theory, hands-on labs and self-paced learning. Along with competitive hourly pay, START Technicians enjoy full medical, dental and vision insurance and graduates placed in full-time Technician roles with Tesla can expect:
- Competitive pay (40 hours guaranteed, no flat rate)
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, HSAs, generous paid family bonding time for new parents and more
- Equity (stock) in Tesla for every new hire, ESPP, 401k programs and more
In 2021 alone, graduates from Sinclair’s START Program have gone on to accept Service Technician roles in Grand Rapids MI, Salt Lake City UT, Atlanta GA, Savannah GA, Jacksonville FL, Milwaukee WI, Cleveland OH, Cincinnati OH, Columbus OH, Mesa AZ, and Corpus Christi TX! There is demand for our graduates all across the country!
As START alumni advance at Tesla, we’re already seeing graduates reach every corner of the business, finding themselves in positions such as: Service Technician, Mobile Service Technician, Semi Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Shop Supervisor, Service Manager, START Instructor and beyond.
