Nearly 200 university researchers and space industry leaders gathered at Kennedy Space Center last month to take the next step in building Florida's future in space.
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University joined seven other Florida universities — alongside NASA officials, space industry leaders, and investors — for a day-long discussion on the Florida Space Research Consortium, a statewide partnership focused on space research, innovation, and workforce development.
Dr. Jeremy Ernst, Embry-Riddle's vice president for Research and Doctoral Programs, shared that the university is eager to contribute through its faculty, research capabilities, and students — with a shared goal of driving the future of space systems.
