Our Mission
The Daytona State College Student Help Desk, Falcon-AID, is dedicated to being the first point of contact for students seeking technical assistance. Falcon-AID now works with the IT Help Desk and Falcon Online at the main Daytona State College campus to address all technical concerns with regards to the student/faculty college environment.
We offer assistance with your smart devices in areas such as:
•MyDaytonaState Student Portal
•MyDaytonaState Student Portal password help
•Viewing/accessing important service areas such as: Financial Aid, Admissions, Registration, etc.
•Searching for available courses
•Falcon Online support
•FalconAir wireless login
•UCF Students: creating temporary accounts (user/password) to grant access to DSC's computer labs
•Directions to appropriate academic departments
•Assistance with smart devices (i.e., laptops, iPads, tablets, smart phones) in topics related to college resources/services (only)
