We need Trip Leaders and we want you to join our team!🌟

Being a Trip Leader requires an excitement to learn about community. As a Leader, you will develop skills in reflection and discussion, creating positive team dynamics, and professionalism.
Leadership is a major component of being a Trip Leader (obviously!) but TRIPS Staff is devoted to your success and experience!

If you have any questions, send us a DM!

Hear from our staff! Here I am, social media extraordinaire Josh😉!

“TRIPS has shaped my entire college experience. I am the person I am because of TRIPS and I will forever hold TRIPS values as my own. The positivity of my fellow staff members consistently inspires me to grow and learn through reflection. I am so thankful for all who I have been able to work with, especially my supervisors Derek and Katie who have been the best thought partners one could ask for. Each trip I have participated in has exceeded my expectations of how a service experience can positively impact my life.”

“Thank you for your integrity and your leadership to Turning Responsibility Into Powerful Service!” - Katie

Hear from our staff! Here’s the friendly Paris🐣!

“Being on TRIPS staff, I have not only been able to guide others on their commitment to social justice, but also have learned so much from my fellow staff members and trip leaders. We have great conversations that help us all grow and learn from one another's lived experiences and identities. It has been so rewarding to have the opportunity to help shape the program that, through reflection, education, and direct-service at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, made such an impact on my life. I will truly miss interacting with all of those in the TRIPS community after I graduate but know I will have life-long friends because of it.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness and your fearlessness to Turning Responsibility Into Powerful Service!”

Hear from our staff! Here's the marvelous Megan⭐

"Being on trips staff has been a great part of my SNC journey! I have grown my professional communication skills and have helped maintain our partnerships with our service and housing sites. While most work is done independently, our staff meetings each week are when we collaborate, refine processes, and celebrate each other’s work. I’m happy I joined trips staff because I have gotten to do important work to make our trips happen! Being a trip leader and on staff has further built a sense of community and belonging for me on campus."

Thank you for being an inspiration to others and your dedication to Turning Responsibility Into Powerful Service!
