Harriet Lela Hayes-McMillon, age 73, of De Soto, Missouri, passed away in the early afternoon on August 19, 2021, at Mercy South after battling a long-suffering illness. She was born May 08, 1948, in Broseley, Missouri. She was the daughter of the late Howard Hayes Sr. and Josphine Trout Hayes.
