“Something I wish someone had told me when I first joined is that time flies by fast! My time in Phi Mu went by in a blink of an eye, it’s truly so bittersweet. Phi Mu has created such a big impact on my life. It has given me an incredible support system, infinite amount of love, and most of all family. What I’m going to miss the most about being in Phi Mu is the constant laughs at every meeting and event, there is literally no dull moment in our chapter! I’m forever grateful to Rho Beta for giving my forever friends and being the most lovable, kind, and genuine people.
My future plans are to take a gap year to study for the LSAT and then apply to law school! I can’t wait for the journey that’s ahead of me and can’t wait to grow with the values Phi Mu has embedded in me. LIOB 💕”

“I wish I knew that it would fly by so fast so really don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and enjoy it while you can. Phi Mu made an impact because it made me more confident and really developed my communication and leadership skills. I will miss seeing everyone on Monday nights and the snap group because that always guaranteed a laugh. My Future plans are attending law school in the fall!!”

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. day! The MLK holiday is observed each year on the third Monday in January to celebrate the life and achievements of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

On this day may we are reflect on how we treat others, may everyone remember to treat others with love and remember anyone can serve others.

Did you know?: MLK day was a holiday that was first proposed four days after his assassination, but it took about two decades to get it approved!

MLK day is known as a day of service, we encourage you to help improve your community while honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
