We recently caught up with one of our graduates for our new series, Alumni Spotlight. We thought it was fitting to begin with Class of 2023's Makayla Moran. She was an integral part of Bistro Five Thirty Seven as our Bistro Fellow. As the very first student in the Bistro To Go food truck class, you can thank her for creating our (still) very popular B2G burger!
