Join us tomorrow (Friday, April 24 at 8 PM) for our last open house of the season. Dr. Robin Shelton from the University of Georgia will talk about our Milky Way Galaxy and its frequent guests - the intergalactic gas clouds that visit us.

Planetarium show and telescope viewing on the plaza (weather permitting) will follow.

Tours of the Beck telescope will be available, but we won't be viewing through it this time.

No RSVP needed - first come, first serve. Overflow room available if the planetarium fills up.

See you tomorrow! ๐Ÿ”ญ

The Artemis II crew shared their first photos of Earth from the spacecraft. Commander Reid Wiseman captured this stunning view showing our home planet from 77,000 miles away - you can see Africa, the northern lights, and our pale blue dot shining in the darkness of space.

It's the first crewed lunar mission in over 50 years, and the photos are already spectacular.
