We would like to introduce our intern for the summer, Daniel Mrzena! Daniel completed his undergraduate degree at Beloit College, and was a member of the Phi Kappa Psi, Wisconsin Gamma Chapter. Daniel said that he decided to Go Greek becauseโฆ
โAs an out-of-state, first-generation college student, I arrived on campus feeling uncertain and searching for a sense of belonging. I didnโt initially seek out Greek life, but it found me, right when I needed it. Through the recruitment process, I discovered a group of individuals who quickly became a supportive community that challenged me to grow and provided a space where I truly felt at home. Since then, Greek life has shaped me in ways I never could have anticipated. It has given me lifelong friendships, meaningful leadership opportunities, and experiences that have helped me better understand who I am and who I hope to become. The men I now call my brothers have been a constant source of guidance, motivation, and support through the highs and lows of life. Looking back, I canโt imagine my college journey without them. Greek life didnโt just give me a community; it gave me a foundation for personal growth, a network of support, and a place where I belong.โ
We are so excited to have Daniel on our team this summer, and we can not wait for you all to get to know him!
