The Leadership Development Program is designed to train recent graduates leading to a Field Management position at the end of the 12-month program. Training begins on July 14th, 2025 for 2 weeks at Copart Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas. Then they will spend the next year training at Copart’s largest location in Elgin.
