Jacobs has first-hand experience working with both applicants and college admissions officers. Because she knows both sides of the process, she can maximize a student's chances of getting into the right

college. Jacobs has visited over 300 colleges around the country and has a library of books profiling each institution. And thanks to contacts around the country, she makes it her business to stay on top of the latest program changes at each university. Joan Luber Jacobs has over 28 years experience helping high school students choose the right college. The University of Michigan joins other public colleges that have adopted Early Decision programs.
The College of William & Mary and the University of Virginia used to be the only public schools that offered ED.
Then, the University of Vermont and the University of Connecticut joined the ED bandwagon!

USC announced that it would be offering an ED round for its business program, Marshall School of Business.
