❤️ Make Your Heart Your Valentine ❤️

As a leader, you give your all to empower others, make decisions, and create impact. But great leadership starts with taking care of yourself—especially your heart.

A healthy heart fuels a strong mind and sustainable leadership. Prioritize your well-being to continue leading with clarity, energy, and resilience.

✔️ Move daily—your body thrives on activity.
✔️ Eat wisely—fuel your brain with heart-healthy foods.
✔️ Rest well—leaders need recovery too.
✔️ Manage stress—your example sets the tone.

Take care of yourself so you can continue to inspire others!

Check out these heart-healthy recipes to nourish your body and leadership journey!

The Leadership Medallion applications are open!

There will be a virtual info session on February 17th, 2025, where students can learn more about the Leadership Medallion as a whole, including the application process, eligibility requirements, and expectations.

To apply for a JNIWL Student Leadership Medallion, students must complete the application form, which can be found in our Linktree in our profile. All applications are due on April 7, 2025, with all submitted activities completed prior to submitting the application. Applicants must be able to show that they have earned a minimum of 225 points from the list of SEED activities. Upon submission, applicants will attend an interview with the Leadership Committee and prepare a poster that will be on display in the Old Main Building and at the graduation celebration in April. Interviews are tentatively planned for the week of April 14th.

For more information, reach out to Lawrencina at [email protected] or Donalisa at [email protected].
