We have encountered some administrative glitches getting registration setup, but hope to have it open by next week. To help you plan & budget we can share the costs with you:

UNT Students, Faculty, & Staff = FREE (but must register)
Early bird students* = $50 (goes up to $60 after Oct. 1)
Early bird faculty, artists, organizations = $90 (goes up to $100 after Oct. 1)
Day of conference registration = $135

* Unemployed, underemployed, or independent scholars/artists may also register at this rate only if the regular rate would cause financial strain or prevent you from otherwise attending.

LODGING UPDATE: We wanted to let you know about two hotel options with discounted rates & shuttle services to/from campus for conference participants. Both hotel options include complimentary Wi-Fi & breakfast, a business center, and a shuttle to/from campus.

If you book elsewhere, plan to arrange your own transportation to/from the UNT Union for the conference. Lyft and Uber are both available in Denton and we'll have parking information later for anyone driving to campus.

LODGING UPDATE:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Denton for conference attendees at a rate of $99/standard room and $109/suite (Oct. 31-Nov. 3). You will need to call to get the "Mediating Change Conference" group rate. Phone: 940-384-1700.

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel and UNT campus each day of the conference.

We are working on another hotel option and will update as soon as we have more information. Registration information will be coming soon; thanks for your patience.

Stay with us at our affordable Denton, TX, hotel. This hotel near Texas Women's Unviersity provides free WiFi and breakfast as well as fitness room and pool access.
