This is your final chance to join the Rutt Bridges Venture Fund (RBVF) for the 2026-2027 academic year. The application is quick and easy, so there's still time to get yours in before the deadline. As a member, you'll research, debate, and make real investment deals that impact Denver and beyond, all with the support of faculty and professional mentors. Applications close this Thursday, Aug. 27th at Midnight! 📈

The Rutt Bridges Venture Fund (RBVF) is recruiting student members for the 2026-2027 academic year, and we want you on the team. RBVF brings together CU Denver students to research, debate, and make real investment deals that impact Denver and beyond, all with the support of faculty and professional mentors.

As a member, you'll:
- Analyze early-stage companies, startups, and financial models.
- Learn the full investment process, from reviewing pitches to managing a portfolio.
- Hear from pros in private equity, business law, and startup development.
- Network with fellow students and professional advisors.
- Invest real dollars in real companies.

We welcome any current OR recently graduated CU Denver student with an interest in investing and entrepreneurship, from any program. We want everyone to join in! Qualified candidates interview the following week, and the first meeting is Wednesday, Sept. 9th.

The 2026 CU Denver Block Party is tomorrow! Join us Thursday, Aug. 20 from noon to 3 p.m. on Lawrence Street between Speer Boulevard and 14th Street.

Now in its 14th year, the Block Party is a free, public back-to-school celebration bringing together students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members. Enjoy food trucks, interactive games, giveaways, photo ops with Milo the Lynx, and a look at everything CU Denver offers.
