Looking back on these special moments reminds us of the bonds we’ve built, the memories we’ve made and the sisterhood that continues to connect us across generations. No matter how much time passes, the moment we became Alpha Phi will always hold a special place in our hearts.

In 1872, our 10 Founders came together with a vision to create a place where women could belong, grow, lead and strive for more. With courage and conviction, they founded Alpha Phi, creating a legacy that would reach far beyond their own time.

For 154 years, Alpha Phi has evolved alongside an ever-changing world, but one thing has remained constant: the love of our sisterhood that binds us together.

Every moment, big and small, has shaped the Alpha Phi we know today. Every friendship formed, challenge overcome and woman who has lifted up another has carried our Founders’ vision forward.

Today, we celebrate the moment it all began and honor the 10 women who believed in the power of women showing up for women, moment after moment, generation after generation.

The moment we found out we would be Alpha Phis, it felt like life changed in an instant. Suddenly, we gained hundreds of new sisters who would become home, standing by us through some of the best and hardest moments of our lives.

As we opened our bid cards, we felt so many emotions, but one thing stood above them all: We knew in that moment we had found a sisterhood we could lean on for a lifetime. 🤍

So many Bid Days to celebrate!🤍✨

We are incredibly proud of our fall recruiting chapters for welcoming such an amazing new member class. Watching our members bond, grow and support one another throughout the recruitment experience, while creating a welcoming and special atmosphere for potential new members to find their place, is truly inspiring.

Thank you to every volunteer who helped our chapters successfully complete recruitment, to our officers and collegians for their hard work in creating an exceptional experience and to our staff for their dedication to supporting our chapters every step of the way.

We are so excited to celebrate these new members and all that is ahead for them. Here's to a wonderful recruitment season and an incredible year ahead!

We are so proud of each of our attendees for the passion, dedication and energy they brought to these past few days as they learned how to become stronger leaders in their chapters and communities.
