Celebrate the 100th anniversary of Drake's observatory at Waveland Golf Course. A formal program begins at 7pm Friday, followed by a lecture and telescope viewings.

Visitors can expect an Astronomy lesson followed by stargazing with expert guidance. Lectures begin at 8 PM, regardless of weather. Sky Viewing begins at dark if clear conditions. Drake has a hockey club! Sophomore Griffin Dyka, a Minnesota native, took the initial steps to start Drake University Club Hockey after transferring this year from Creighton University.

Currently 22 hockey players (and growing) looking to create an amazing experience for Drake University hockey players.  Please consider our GoFundMe to help raise funds for ice costs, uniforms, and league fees.    We are excited to share this experience with you!
