🏆 Great Lakes Regional Director’s “Greater Together” Exemplary Chapter Award

We are thrilled to announce that 20 of our chapter members were recognized for maintaining a 3.0+ GPA, reflecting our chapter’s continued commitment to academic excellence for the Fall 2025 semester. Notably, four members earned the Academic Excellence Award (Medal) and Certificate of Achievement for Outstanding Academic Achievement for maintaining a cumulative GPA between 3.50–3.99 during the 2024–2025 academic year:

On April 20, 2026, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Beta Mu Chapter proudly hosted our Cultivating Change: Know Your Rights event as part of our Advocate For Social Justice Initiative. 💗⚖️✨
 
With special guest speaker Attorney Lillian Diallo, students at Wayne State University gained valuable insight into understanding their rights, speaking up with confidence, and using their voices in critical situations. Through meaningful discussion and engaging conversation, attendees left feeling empowered, informed, and better equipped to advocate for themselves and their communities 🌟📚⚖️
 
This event served as a powerful reminder that knowledge is power, and collective advocacy creates lasting change. 💕💚✊🏾
