Attention Amnesty Members!

Tomorrow we will be teaming up with Delta Tau Lambda Sorority, Inc. to hold

a Su***de Prevention/ Awareness Chalking Event.

We will be meeting at NOON (Sept. 23) in front of the MC Building.

We will be drawing inspiration drawings/ quotes, su***de hotline numbers, and statistics. Our aim is to create awareness and offer potential resources to students on campus.

We hope you can all attend!

If you'd like to bring your own quotes/numbers/chalk the more the merrier!

Hey Students!

Want to be involved in human rights work at Marygrove? Come to the Amnesty International informational/planning meeting at 12:30 pm in the Women's Center LA 030 (basement level of the LA building) this Wednesday (Sept. 17).

There we'll have information about Amnesty and a planning event for our first project (which will pertain to street art activism).

Greetings Current Amnesty Members!
As I'm sure you have heard, there will be a Student Organization Fair this upcoming Wednesday (Sept. 10th).
Amnesty International will be needing 1-2 student volunteers to help man the booth from around ~11:45-1:15pm (the times are flexible as we know some of you have classes that overlap onto those times).
Please email myself to handle this opportunity, and please come out and support on the MC lawn at the designated time!

Hey Amnesty Members,

Don't forget that this Wednesday, Feb. 19th, in the MC Foyer at NOON we will be having our Sochi Picture Petition event.

We will be having a table set up with posters people can hold up calling for Russia to stop its human rights violations. Literature will also be offered for students to read.
