On June 23, 1963, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led the Walk to Freedom in Detroit, where he gave an early version of his “I Have a Dream” speech. In honor of everything he has done for our nation, the university will be closed today.

We invite you to join us today in honoring him at our annual event that will be live-streamed at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. as well as shown at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Comcast Channel 900. go.wayne.edu/live-event-fb
