LOOKING FOR A WOMAN BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THEM AS MUCH APPARENTLY!!!
It's been awhile but here we are. Looking for an operator that KNOWS HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR AND HELP DO OTHER THINGS. Also looking for a laborer possibly.
You must know how to run a BACKHOE and and and..... a SPADE!!!! We will know in 2 minutes if you know how to dig so don't show up think you can fake it till you make it. A John Deere 410L has an empty seat or a kobelco ED160 excavator. That's beefs call. (His real name is Daniel but I've never called him that)
Requirements for operator
Show up every day and that includes Saturday
Show up Monday. It's usually harder than Saturday
License..... CDL is a plus
Digging machine skills.
You will get dirty
Requirements for laborer
Show up Monday... Tuesday..... Wednesday... Thursday... Friday.... And yes Saturday
Work hard
Ability to suffer. We make it as easy as possible for the spade guys but some days just suck. We don't look down on guys that run the spade and we all get our fare share of suffering so don't think you'll be treated like a slave. They might have had it better than us because south Georgia never had 0 degree wind-chill. The weather will decide how the day goes usually.
If you're in the stout, d**e, Grundy, Parkersburg, newhart area we can pick you up if you can't drive.
I don't recommend this job for someone over 35 years old.
You will get very dirty
Requirements for both jobs.
Ability to get along with others. Not complaining about everyone else but helping everyone else. It's not my job isn't what you're paid for. Keeping the tile plow moving is what you get paid for. Plow not moving no money being made. Keep you ego at home and bring your lunch box instead.
Ability to LEARN
We will do everything in our ability to help you learn and give advice BUT YOU HAVE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE IT! Learning is also done by observation so pay attention and you'll learn something. That's some life advice not just job. We do things our way because we've done it 1,000 times and know what we're doing.
Refer to the suffering part in labor because it applies to all.
Pay
If it's the first question you have don't call
Pay is based off of ability. The more you can do the more you get paid. This is a typical job where you'll almost make enough money to pay your bills. Thank the federal reserve for that and refer to my dollar devaluation video staring 2 20oz mt dews
About Hayes Bros
You will be working with a crew of 4-5 guys usually. I will be one of them. We are home every night but this is a seasonal job that requires a lot of hours during certain times of the year. April 1st- end of May and October 1st till January 10th is the usual. Doesn't work well with hard core hunting people. The rest of the year is very flexible. That's what people really like. We also farm. That's usually what we do in the off season. We have decent equipment and for some reason most employees have been here awhile. I haven't written one of these in a few years so this is the opportunity of a lifetime. All the stories you've heard about this place are most likely true but due to old age, experience, and no longer going full re**rd it's not nearly as wild as it used to be. We are very efficient at what we do but that requires effort from everyone. The people you work with all have some things in common. They make jokes, they can take a joke, they work hard, and they don't think Epstein killed himself. The intern that we groomed from highschool and are currently brainwashing has a ways to go but it's a work in progress. He still thinks planes took down the world trade center and doesn't even know about Oklahoma City. The guy that runs the excavator might believe in lizard people but the plow guy is crazy compared to Alex Jones. The guy typing this barley passed highschool and regrets finishing. (My kids actually thought I dropped out until a few years ago). The bar is low in intelligence (I just tried spelling that with an e) but when it comes to effort, getting along, and skill they're the best. I didn't mention my brother but that's because he's like a shadow that moves behind the scenes.... In a Ford raptor.

Call if you've got the guts but I know you'll text and that's ok too. Actually text first. I get 30 scam calls a day and don't usually answer my phone.... Seriously
Oh and we put in drainage tile. No experience required with that. We are masters that can teach you everything about it and so much more about life.
