Before laptops and smartphones filled every classroom, students learned to type on machines like this one. This week's photo shows a row of electric typewriters in full use. No spell check, no backspace, no undo button. Just steady hands and a good eraser for when things went wrong.

Did you ever take a typing class at DCCC? Tell us what machine you learned on in the comments!

This shot from our archive collection captures a DCCC student nurse carefully monitoring an IV drip at a patient's bedside, glasses on, focus locked in. The crib-style rails suggest this may have been pediatric care rotation.

Do you recognize this DCCC nursing student or remember training in scrubs like these? Drop a comment below. We love hearing your memories of campus history!
