For both high school and college students, the GlobeXchange provides international internship experiences of varying lengths of time with a socially responsible organization in the United States that mentors a young person interested in career development, business experience or community service, and a home stay with a local family. und the world to live and gain practical business and leadership experience in the United States and abroad. We believe that the personal relationships developed during the exchange year are one of the best ways to develop understanding and respect across cultures. Applicants come from Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia to live with an American family to exchange their culture with the American culture. Students that apply are primarily focused on gaining career experience, are eager to make a positive contribution to the communities they are visiting, and demonstrate interest in socially oriented entrepreneurship, innovation or leadership.
