🌟 Foundation Friday Spotlight: Niyanna Williams 🌟

Niyanna Williams is a student in the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program at Wallace Community College. A first-generation college student with big dreams. After graduating from Wallace, she plans to attend Troy University to earn her BSN and ultimately become a nurse midwife.

In addition to balancing nursing school and work, Niyanna serves as a Wallace Community College Diplomat, participates in student organizations, and volunteers throughout the community.

Scholarship support helps ease the financial burden of tuition, books, clinical expenses, and transportation, allowing Niyanna to focus on achieving her goals.

Thank you to our donors for helping students like Niyanna turn their dreams into reality.

✨ Foundation Friday Spotlight ✨

This week, we are proud to spotlight scholarship recipient Kynzie Boyett. 💚

Kynzie’s journey to nursing has been one of determination, growth, and purpose. After earning a degree in business, she realized her passion was not behind a desk, but in serving and caring for others through nursing. Inspired by her parents’ example of perseverance and motivated by her experiences working as a CNA, Kynzie is pursuing a career dedicated to compassion, strength, and patient care.

Receiving scholarship support has allowed Kynzie to focus more fully on her education, clinical training, and preparation to become the knowledgeable and dependable nurse she aspires to be. Her long-term goal is to continue advancing in nursing and eventually become a nurse practitioner, making a lasting impact on the lives of her patients and their families.

Because of the generosity of our donors, students like Kynzie are able to continue pursuing their dreams and building meaningful futures. Thank you for making a difference in the lives of our students. 🎓✨

🌟 Foundation Friday Spotlight 🌟

This week, we are proud to spotlight Samuel Osgood, an outstanding Wallace Community College graduate whose dedication, leadership, and academic excellence continue to inspire those around him.

Samuel was recently honored as the 2026 President’s Award recipient at Wallace’s Honors Day celebration — one of the College’s highest student honors. With a perfect 4.0 GPA, exceptional achievement across the sciences, leadership in student organizations, and a strong commitment to community service, Samuel truly represents the spirit of Wallace.

In addition to these accomplishments, Samuel was also part of the Surgical Technology graduating class that achieved a 100% pass rate on their certification exams — an incredible achievement that reflects the hard work and determination of the entire class.

Last week, Samuel officially crossed the graduation stage, and we are excited to celebrate all he has accomplished and all that lies ahead. Congratulations, Samuel! 🎓✨

Students like Samuel can pursue their goals thanks to the generosity of donors who believe in the power of education. You can help make a difference in the lives of Wallace students by giving today at give.wallace.edu/giving/.
