👏 Congratulations to the recipients of the 2026 Walter Scott Foundation ACOM Scholarship: Joseph Abdelmalek, Thomas Creech, Melody Halford, Corrine Hickman, Amanda Kettman, Emilee Middleton, Ian Perdue, and Jenna Stremmel!

Through the generosity of the Walter Scott Foundation, each student received a $5,000 scholarship to support their medical education and future service to patients and communities. We are honored to celebrate these exceptional students and we are thankful for the generosity of the Walter Scott Foundation and the ongoing support of the Southeast Health Foundation. They are advancing the future of healthcare together. 💙🎓

Happy National Dog Day!🐾 Today, we’re celebrating the four-legged friends who are by our students’ sides through every step of their medical school journey. Whether offering a much-needed study break or simply being there at the end of a long day, these pups bring a special kind of support to the ACOM family.

This weekend was about more than white coats.💙 As we celebrated the Class of 2030, ACOM was also proud to welcome students’ loved ones to campus and the Dothan community for our annual Family Weekend. It was a special opportunity for families to experience ACOM, explore the Wiregrass and be part of this milestone weekend alongside their students. A heartfelt thank you to the local businesses who generously partnered with ACOM to help us give our families a warm Wiregrass welcome and make their time with us even more memorable!
