Congrats to all our new alumni!! We were especially excited to celebrate our recent library clerk, Kaylyn Moore, and current library clerk, Michael Burks, at commencement yesterday!

Both Kaylyn and Michael completed their associate degree programs after the fall semester. We were sad to see Kaylyn go at that time, but happy to celebrate her exciting addition to her family with baby Juliette. 💚💛

We are fortunate to have Michael continue with us as he works toward a bachelor’s degree with the Ferris at SMC program. Pictured with Michael is his girlfriend, Nevaeh Hemminger, who also graduated and worked with our neighbors in the TLC.

Kaylyn, Michael, AND Nevaeh ALL were named as Outstanding Graduates!! 🤩

We’d also like to give shout outs to a couple more favorite former student library staff members. It was great to once again have Hunter Schuur as the guest conductor of the choir for commencement! And we’re so proud of Courtney Mathews, who just graduated this weekend with her Master of Public Administration degree!

It’s doggo day tomorrow!!

We want to help you relieve stress while studying as you prepare for final exams, papers, and projects! All day long, as you work/study in the library, give yourself little breaks with Legos, games, etc. See if you can figure out how to open our mysterious puzzle box and grab some treasure!

For as long as supplies last, enjoy refreshments. We’ll have donuts starting at 8:00, and we’ll have turtle brownies and lemon bars starting at noon.

Between 1:00 and 2:30, jump over to MCC West to snuggle with the therapy dogs!
