Welcome Back Club Members!! Our lovely President Delano has passed on the President Torch to Melanie Stilson. Nice to meet you all I am DART Major and have been a Medical Massage Therapist for Ten Years. Working with the Chicago Blackhawks Hockey and Chicago Bears Football providing sports massage and stretches. As well as having many careers with North Shore Chicago Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Owning my own business. My passion is to help people, I have worked with Oncology (Cancer), Athletes, and over 11,000 people in pain. I take holistic health very serious and want to offer a full body stretch to members.

Hoping everyone had a wonderful and healthy Summer!!! Classes start Wednesday August 21st! We are all excited to start and will have updates of meetings and workshops will be this Friday!!! Woot woot! Go Spartans and have a great First Week Back! 💙🤍

🧘🏾‍♂️: Happy to announce my upcoming yoga series I will be teaching over the 7 Chakras starting in January. This is geared towards teaching my fellow college students the immense benefits of yoga, the chakra system and how this can all impact our body, mind and spirit connection. The class is open to all UD affiliates (students, faculty & staff), but the public is also welcome to attend (provided that you contact me to sign-up).

I hope to see some of you on your mats in the new year!
