Eric Flores (C'12) is helping individuals and families plan for their futures as a portfolio manager at U.S. Bank Private Wealth Management. Through his work, Eric provides financial guidance and support that helps clients navigate important life moments and long-term goals. Beyond his professional role, he also gives back through community involvement with the Madison Society of CFA’s, the American Heart Association’s CycleNation event, and Active Youth Wisconsin.
During his time at the University of Dubuque, Eric was involved in soccer, the UD Accounting Club, internships, mock interviews, and served as a student ambassador. Looking back, his advice to current students is to pursue strong internships, explore interests, and take advantage of opportunities that push you outside your comfort zone. “The support from faculty and staff played a major role in my success, and choosing UD was one of the best decisions I’ve made.”
