NCCU - Central Carolina Principal Preparation Program - CCP3 The Central Carolina Principal Preparation Program (CCP3) is a joint program of the Central Carolina RESA and NC Central University.

The Program Course of Study for the Master of School Administration (MSA) degree is designed to prepare school leaders academically and professionally to advance the consciousness of social responsibility in a diverse and global society. Coursework emphasizes the core functions of high achieving schools and the importance of deconstructing assumptions that are socio-culturally, ethically, economic

ally, and politically adverse to students. MSA candidates are able to reconstruct those assumptions into positive educational experiences and outcomes for students.
